I would like to say a big thank you to staff at Cowell & Norford Branch at Yorkshire Street, Rochdale.
I found the experience of both looking for and securing a rental property through Cowell and Norford empowering.
I met Ben Turner at the viewing and found him to be very knowledgable , friendly and took in consideration my home move needs. Communication with Ben was excellent.
Upon visiting the branch I found staff very friendly , courteous and conscientious. the first thing I observed upon walking in the branch was that the team were very hard working and professional with customers in person and on the phone.
Ben and Kirsten helped me through the application process and the accommodation checks liaising with myself and the landlord. I received regular updates and the whole process of application to getting my keys was a swift and stress free process. I would also like to mention Chris , he too assisted with signing my tenancy and the handover pack and explanation very thorough. I would also like to thank Debbie the manager. She understood my situation along with the staff. I feel the team at Cowell and Norford are amazing. They couldn't do enough to help and were flexible to accommodate me. I am so happy with my new home and it's a place that I will cherish and value. My landlord I would like to add is a gentleman and he too actively assisted in the process in a positive way.
I wish to thank all involved and I know that Cowell and Norford is a leader in the estate agency business in relation to fantastic customer service. Staff are dynamic and it's a vibrant company. 20 out of 10 for quality and service
Comment on agent fees
The agent fees are agreeable , a lot of checks need to be completed and quality of work is present. It's great too that there is an online portal to checking progress, communication and phone calls brilliant.
