Following an initial false start earlier in the year (we'd changed our minds were to move to) on each occasion the valuing estate agents were commissioned by Help-to-Move agencies; we recommended they use Bradleys (one of three local valuers) after the Exeter branch had previously been so helpful - and professional - in selling my mother's property.
Our experience with the Okehampton branch, and in particular Tom Hall, was excellent, firstly in confirming the correct valuation for the property (the help-to-buy agencies sought to under-sell us), and then in being so knowledgeable of the local market and potential purchasers - very quickly matching the one with the other.
Tom's detailed description, with well-chosen illustrative photos, set the property off to its best - and most appropriate - light, reflecting the spaciousness of the house and the surrounding facilities.
Not only his knowledge and professionalism but Tom's interpersonal skills, I would suggest, are an outstanding asset to Bradleys. Moving house is never easy - always stressful - but Tom never wavered in always being welcoming, patient and helpful, to both ourselves and to our potential buyers.
I would - and do - always recommend Bradleys Estate Agent for house buying and selling.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
