I have received overall a terrible service from Miles and Barr Ramsgate. Stuart Barr himself did not reply to my many emails to him making valid complaints and then when I eventually get someone to take me seriously and I think I'm getting somewhere speaking to Karen Hirst, Stuart only then replies after months and months of ignoring massive gaps and lack of competence in his staff and then takes their side and believes lies he's been told by his staff to try and get themselves out of trouble and their fellow workers .
One example of many is when I put an offer on a flat there. When I viewed it it was dark and there was no electricity so I couldn't see any defects. We could not find the boiler and so this became a sticking point and I was promised the boiler would be located and photos would be sent to me by Giuseppe . Not only did he not do this, on the day that I made a special trip from london to view the flat again and stipulated I had to see the boiler in order to continue with buying it I arrived to find a member of staff still none the wiser where this boiler was. They hadn't even bothered to locate it in my absence so that they were ready for me when I got there. We had a total wasted trip and also discovered there was a massive damp patch from floor to ceiling that Giuseppe hadn't even bothered to inform us about even though he was aware we had viewed in the dark. I have a good relationship with all the other estate agents yet Stuart is blind to the fact that people get angry for a reason and when they are continuously messed around had have wasted journeys from london because they continuously kept 'forgetting ' to book in the properties you asked to view and never bothered to call you and let you know a thing or return calls and then are sarcastic and arsey when you point out to them they've wasted your time that you will want to scream and shout at the staff who have created such a nightmare for you - that it is normal to want to do this when you are fuming with their laxidazy attitude and rudeness.
Christian Miles needs to start paying more attention and start realising M&B have a terrible reputation and some of their staff are very arrogant.
Harry annoyed the hell out of me at one point but we managed to draw a line and start again on a better footing . Anne Marie was a star and an asset. Alex has lied about me and Giuseppe has come across as incompetent and unprofessional time and time again making promises to improve his service then repeating the exact same thing you told him had annoyed you again and again.
Stuart Barr needs to wake up and see that people don't get annoyed for no reason and when you get on fine with all other agents who care far more then is obvious who's to blame.
