Comfort Lettings is by far the best agent in the Nottingham area! The staff are, without exception, helpful and friendly.
Angela's efforts to find tenants for our flat this went above and beyond our expectations. She was both professional and pro-active throughout, and kept us fully informed about inquiries and interest in our flat.
I will have no hesitation in using Comfort Lettings in the future.

Comment on agent fees
As a landlord I was offered a very competitive rate for the tenant finding service. Tenant fees are a big annoyance for me and are a major factor in choosing which agent to use. The tenant fees at Comfort are very reasonable and are by far the lowest I could find in the area.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
