It is fair to say I'm not the biggest fan of estate agents. I've found in the past they don't treat you very well and charge extortionate prices for what they do. Let's face it they come round take a few photos and upload the info onto a website.
HouseNetwork is very different. The service is second to none and whilst there is no office to pop into the website you use to 'manage' selling your property is second to none. You raise tickets online that your dedicated account manager will respond to, normally within the hour, they also are available much longer hours than a conventional estate agent. Of course you can ring your account manager directly as well and they won't be unavailable on a viewing or meeting a potiential client. The main benefit is the cost, I made a massive savings against the cheapest price quoted by a local estate agent. I paid a few hundred pounds rather than thousands! The drawback? Well if you are a regular user of the internet and happy to be a little more hands on with your house sale then I don't believe there is a drawback. Of course as HouseNetwork is a national company you will not get an advert in the local paper or in the local estate agent window. Big deal. I believe the vast majority of potential buyers search on the internet these days and House Network cover a lot more property websites than a conventional website. Customers if interested can just register interest online and a brochure will be sent to them via email or post. The quality of the property portfolio again is of a much higher standard than a local estate agent.
I urge you to consider this method of selling your house. You will save yourself a lot of money.
