Awful experience !! Out of our property months and still no deposit back. They guarenteed us full deposit back as we left the house cleaner than it was when we got it and now they have now changed their mind tryin to charge us for cleaning of over £300 absolutely rediculous. They claimed damage to the property was caused by us, which was already there when we moved in, and therefore was on they inventory they gave us at the start of our lease, shows how unprofessional they are. After inspecting the inventory they realised this but no appology or anything. Trying to pawn damage and extra costs onto tenants. Really unhelpful, not replying to emails or answering calls. Would advise people to stay clear if they want their money back and dont want an awful stressfull experience. Will never use company again !!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide a professional, stressfree and friendly service. Be efficient, especially when it comes to the returning of deposits and lower their extortionate admin cost.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way about Hutton Parker, i can assure you that we have very few deposits disputes.

Obviously upon realising are error you have been reimbursed, which hopefully shows we are an honest company.

Finally regarding the comment ''we left the house cleaner than it was when we got it'' if i received £1 for every time i have heard that comment i would have long since retired.
