Haart are one of the worst Property Management companies for tenants I have ever come across . They will Breach the tenancy agreement when they see fit or can not comply with it but do not admit to it. I have had to start legal proceeding against them and the landlord in order to get my deposit money back and to fight unsubstantiated claims made by the landlord regarding the dilapidation report which was not compared against the one done at the start of the tenancy. Which included works not carried out by the landlord during the tenancy! My advise if you are thinking of renting a property from these people is DONT !! they will rip you off given half a chance !! and if you do rent ensure that you document every interaction with them for your solicitor !
