Would give zero if I could. Do not fix anything, window was broken before we moved in, no action taken for 12 months. Do not provide 24 hours notice before inspections or viewings near end of tenancy. Charge extortionate fees to provide reference for next landlord.

Richard, after your employee and I agreed that we did not agree upon the landlord/your proposed deductions, he did not respond to emails regarding the Deposit Protection Service. After multiple calls that were not returned, I had to go to a solicitor at my own expense to start the statutory declaration to get any of my deposit back.
Regarding your indignation at being called robbers- you charged £40 for a lightbulb to be replaced. I'd call that daylight robbery. ...
