I have dealt with both Ian and Dawn both from a buy to let landlord and vendor perspective.
They are very responsive to calls and emails, and are very in touch with the market. Ian gave what proved to be very sound advice on the condition of a property that I owned and recommended it was best sold via the auction website.
Ian's office has a 100% record of sales of properties offered over the auction website which is not only an easy way of selling and buying, but since the buyer has to pay the agent fees on 'winning' the auction, the chances of not completing (and wasting time and money) are much reduced.
