My boiler needed repairs and Sequence agent Sarah-Jayne was great as were the contractors doing the repairs. The repair was arranged as quickly as possible with Sequence checking to make sure I was okay in the cold weather and offering alternative heaters. The contractors were polite and tidy as well as friendly. Great service all around!
