Landlords & tenants AVOID at all costs.
For landlords would you be happy for your Property to be left vacant for 2 months despite the previous tenant giving notice and paying an extra month but needing to relocate due to work commitments. Sally refused to take keys back resulting in the property being un-let for a full extra month and presumably the landlords insurance being void.
In excess of 2 months with neither bathroom useable. All property inspections in the 2 years were excellent.
I have never been deducted anything from my bond from any previous properties in 10 years of renting. Despite requesting permission to add hooks to doors and for hanging baskets,all of which we agreed could be left at the property on departure, we were charged for making good.
Clearly if a tenant goes to the extent of adding hanging baskets, they take pride in their property and even the external agent who did the final inspection complimented me on the property being immaculate so to then be charged is laughable.
As the other reviews suggest Sally Bulmer standard attitude is to arrogant, obnoxious and downright rude, their selection process is ridiculous and their response times are unacceptable. If you are comfortable to be patronised and spoken down to then they will be the ideal agent otherwise avoid them at all costs. The only positive I can give is that Dawn is excellent unfortunately she is employed by Sally.

I have just moved out of a property which we deemed to be unsafe for health reasons. A leaking roof, damp covered walls and a broken heating system.
