Had £727 deducted from my deposit despite handing the house back in excellent condition as confirmed by the check out report. The deduction was made up of excessive charges for minor issues which I valued at £150 in total, there was no negotiation.
I felt that this was a scam, each minor issue was costed separately by one of their contractors.

Landlord both get charged for the contract which is just a standard contract and you have to pay again for renewal.
