Nikki recently returned from work following a serious illness and immediately became involved, on our behalf, in a complex insurance matter. She tackled every aspect of the issue with characteristic tact, determination and tenacity, which ultimately led to a satisfactory resolution of the issue. We are in no doubt that this would not have been the case without Nikki's help. In short, she was brilliant and provided absolutely top notch customer service - Thank you Nikki!

Very bad customer service once you have signed the contract you are on your own.when you call for help or any issue towards propertie the don't care and they are very rude.
