I found this company to be appalling. They were horrible to deal with, nothing ever got done. We moved into the house and found it to be incredibly dirty and worn. There was tobacco all over the counters, dust and dirt all over the carpets and don't even get me started on the bathroom and toilet. After numerous calls (about 7) they FINALLY sent someone over to sort out the mould which was found in many places throughout the house. The woman on the phone was rude, harsh toned and frankly sounded as though she didn't give a s**t at all. A few days after moving in, the lock on our door jammed so we obviously contacted tullys for it to be fixed as it's unsafe as well as inconvenient. After 4 calls at 3pm they finally sent out a man who seemed nice enough, the man said he'd be no more than an hour so we were left with a free open door with no lock. 6pm, still we're with an open door, no lock. By this time it was dark and in a house of 4 girls we were all a bit worried about having this door with no lock, we called tullys before they closed, "oh he'll be there in 10 minutes don't worry". he came at 9pm.

Oh also, when we moved in, the gas man came and said our oven is illegal and made similar comments regarding tully's properties.
