Seriously shocking service. I wanted to see a flat that was advertised on zoopla and scheduled a meeting with Jessica at their Notting Hill office. When we arrived she grabbed the folder and we went to find her car. She kept telling me that she will show 5 properties which surprised me as I came to see just one and she didn't even ask exactly what I am looking for. I had to stop her half way to the car park to actually clarify where we are actually going. Turned out that the flat I was interested in has actually been let out! Seriously? And only one of the 5 flats she wanted to show me matched my requirements. As the traffic was heavy and her car was blocked in the parking space I suggested to walk to the apartment apartment which is just 10min. walk. To what I was told that she is in a hurry lol and also wears the heels (she could barely stand in them))) hence we rather stay and stare at her blocked car. At that point I had enough and just cancelled the meeting. Seriously unpleasant and unprofessional agent. I will never use their services ever. Also beware of them charging deposits and if the application for reference is not successful they won't refund. This happened to a friend of mine.
