The agent, Eden is extremely unprofessional. She didn’t put my deposit in the tenancy deposit scheme, as required by the law. She never answers texts and ignores calls regularly. She will not protect your deposit and will allow it to be spent on refurbishing the property.
Since I have moved out of the property, I still haven’t got my £750 deposit back, and it has been 17 days now since I’ve moved out. All the reviews on google are fake. We are planning on taking legal action very sho ...
