I was a tenant for nearly two years, during this time Grange View were great and helpful. I am giving them one star because after some serious miscommunication on their part it took long over a month to receive my bond back... along with this they ignored every single one of my calls, voice messages and only responded to one of my 10+ daily emails. I was utterly desperate for this money as they had promised I would have it in two weeks (by law they can not hold it over 10 working days unless there is a issue with the state of the property). My last phone call with them was with a young man who was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me and told me he did not care about my problem and refused to help even though it was because of their utterly blatant mistake. As mentioned, they were good when I lived there but after I left they put me in an incredibly stressful situation which has resulted in significant debt.

I'm glad to hear that our services during your tenancy was satisfactory. We aim to return your deposit within 10 - 14 days of vacating the property. The deposit is protected by Mydeposits, and we will never withhold money that legally belongs to a tenant.

Grangeview has been 'managing' our building for over 10 years. They are the most dishonest, unreliable and inefficient and company I have ever dealt with. They made sure the topped all of their won contractor's prices to excruciating amounts that will then pocket for themselves. We had to constantly triple check all accounts as they were always overcharging by huge amounts. They will only work with their people, cleverly selected. They will not listen to our needs, reply to our messages and avo ...

Regular run of the mill estate agents. They have obviously been around for a while. Gentleman who showed me answered my questions without being pushy. None of the slimy sales talk I had from another agency in the same area (which I will not name)....

I would strongly recommend against using this agent. I found them to be unreliable and rude when trying to arrange a viewing and during the viewing. I would be particularly careful around what they charged fees for as this seems to be a very grey ...

his job!!!! provided detailed information on the space including what is in situ, ie cabling, offices, central heating, air conditioning etc

No hallway light for a month. When we moved in the condition of the house was unsatisfactory. Security in building very poor and landlord never available. Had to pay for second set of keys, yet charged us seperate admin fees!...
