Worst customer service.I was interested in property and she keep denying me sating she is not getting reply from the owner I jeep chasing her and at the end she left me a voice mail saying he accepted another offer.if I am paying 900 fee I expect the process to be transparent.
Than I booked another property for viewing on Saturday with one of MariAnna's colleague and didn't get any confirmation I called on friday to confirm and again MARIANNA picked up the phone and told me that this tenant dosn't allow us on Saturday but I will double check . I said it's ok but your colleague should know this at first place before booking me in and she replied in her typical Very rude behaviour that's all we can do. I am extremely unhappy with service

That is because they do not respect their tenants. My house was offered on the market without me knowing. The first notice I had was a message saying that they had booked viewings without having ever asked me when it was a good time to bring strangers to a house for which I was gonna pay full price until the last day. Totally abusive!! should not even be legal.
