Agree with other review. NEVER EVER have anything to do with Perrymanns. They were basically using me as a bank by paying my rents later and later with lots of excuses. The told me lots of complete lies and in the end I was basically paying the agents fees just for the privalage of chasing them when it would have been far easier chasing tennants direct, *(who incidentally were all paying on time). They are not capable of organising any simple maintenace work or property inspections without constant chasing.

I have placed numerous properties with Perrymann over the years and have always been pleased with their service. Tenants are found within days and I have never had cause for concern with regards to rents being paid....

I would like to say a BIG thank you to the staff at Perrymann and the help in getting my property refurbished and let. I am grateful to Perrymann for sticking their neck out and doing all the work for me, you cannot imagine how much I appreciate what they have done for me. ...

shocking!!!!!! my rents are always paid late to my by the agent and im forever chasing them. In the end i spoke to my tenant direct who proved they had always paid the rent to the agent on time.I dont know what has happened ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
