Thanks for the opportunity to leave Hicks Hadley some feedback.
I write this feedback as a landlord's perspective. I have no complaints with the professional service delivery provided by Hicks Hadley, who I have used for many years. Suitable tenants have always been found quickly with all relevant referencing completed. However, to remain competitive in today's market, Hicks Hadley should be mindful of what competitors are doing too ! For example, Hicks Hadley were looking to charge the first months rental income as their fee for finding a new tenant. Other 'High Street' Estate Agents are charging £375.00 plus VAT - for the same service ! One to perhaps review 'eh ? Also, it would have been appreciated to receive feedback, that the rented property was being neglected when showing potential new buyers around. This was completely overlooked by Hicks Hadley staff. When I inspected the property myself, upon the existing tenant vacating the property, I could perhaps part understand what may have been putting people off buying the property. I had no feedback from Hicks Hadley whatsoever, which was disappointing. Apart from those couple of negatives, overall Hicks Hadley has always offered and provided a reliable service and one I would be happy to consider for future business again.
