We didn't have a good experience with them. Move-in date was changed, rent was increased after it was agreed (& holding deposit paid!) and the agent didn't help us in anyway. Signed contract came in on the day we moved-in even though everything was paid like a month before that. Whenever we called them up for anything related to contract or move-in date, the response was rude and unhelpful. Probably because the agent had got all the money and was not interested in helping us in anyway.
