If you are looking for an estate agent with in South Bristol, be careful if you use these. My advice would be not to use them. If you do use them communicate with them in letter form or email. Do not trust what is told to you verbally.

Agreed they are very bad verbal communication people. They will butter up the truth so you will feel confident in selling your property and then the holes start to appear!
