DO NOT USE THESE RUN A MILE FROM THEM. day we moved in to property we had no heating and hot water, on contacting belvoir letting howard and landlord turned up with a diy book and toldus to fix it ourselfs, after two month of constant letters emails and phone calls we final had a new heating system installed, but the heating system was second hand and does not work properly, so we have three small children living in a property with no hot water and heating, about three month of being in the property the lighting upstairs court fire and also the sockets downstairs, had an electrian do a report for us how said the property needed condemded electric wise, the windows upstairs are that old the frames have corroded and the windows have feel out leaving a constant freezing wind through the property and with no heating makes living in the property unbearable, there is smashed plumbing on the outside soil pipes so everytime some one uses the toilet, bath or sinks in the house you get all the waste running down the kitchen door and into the kitchen, we have contacted belvoir and the landlord over 160 emails 160 letters and 1000 phone calls even went to the office every day since 2 may 2011 till 7 march 2012 and not once has anyone been out tosort any fault, all you get is rude and abusive staff telliong you to go away and live with it,
icontacted eviromental health in november about the problems they came out and demanded all faults needed to be sorted by 7 days and still nothing got done but belvoir notifed them saying al work has been carryed out.
in the end it became to unsafe to live in the property with 3 small children aging 2 month to 8 years in the condition its in,i tryed to give belvoir the keysback to the property in december and they refused saying we had to stay till end of contract which is june 2013, now they are taking use to court for the rent till end of contract.
