Before putting our house on the market my wife and I spent quite some time talking to Property Agents before deciding to use Boyd Property. Initially we were very happy with the service, for example the schedule was very professionally produced and the board went up promptly. Unfortunately our early advice on the pricing strategy was incorrect and this lead to a difficult sale.
After the initial 6 weeks, Kerry joined Boyd and took over the management of our sale. Kerry understood that we were trying to purchase a property in North Queensferry and timing was of the utmost importance. From this point on we changed the pricing strategy.
Although the process has been difficult and at times frustrating, Kerry has been a consummate professional. Ultimately, we have managed to achieve what we had hoped for which is the purchase of the house in North Queensferry and the sale of our house at an agreeable figure
Both Gillian and I would like to thank Kerry personally for her commitment and hard work. Without her involvement I am sure this whole endeavour would have failed.
Whilst our experience with Boyd Property did get off to a rocky start I would strongly recommend Kerry Wells as a Property Manager

Comment on agent fees
Following the initial difficult period in the sale where the house had been incorrectly marketed which lead to the elongated sale period; I met with Kerry and Peter Boyd. At that time it was agreed that Peter would review our fees in light of the initial mismanagement. We have not yet agreed agents fees.
