Unfortunately,due to personal circumstances,we had to sell our house.
I wanted a speedy sale and needed to pick the right agent first time.
I have always had a good relationship with Stags-South molton office and so decided to use the Exeter branch of Stags, as they covered our area.
I was not dissappointed with my choice. Stuart Rintoul was professional,confident,and gave good advice.
I followed this advice.We were swiftly put on the market with a professional brochure containing magnificent Photo's,and well written details.
The phone was very busy,and we were stags most asked about property at that time.
Veronica did most of the viewings.She was great,and was an absolute joy to work with.
Forty viewings later we had offers,one of which came to completion.
What I would say to you is,if you have the type of property that stags have built their good reputation on,then Stuart and the team in the Exeter office need to be near the top of your list of agents.They are friendly and professional,and most inportant of all,they Will sell your house.

Comment on agent fees
The fee was resonable from the outset.I didn't need to haggle.I found it immediately acceptable.
