I contacted Savilles some 5 months ago as a neighbour of a property they manage to arrange maintenance and prevent further damage to my property. Despite initially agreeing to act upon this, staff have continued to ignore and fail to respond to all regular forms of communication from myself. In view of the general lack of communication respect and competence demonstrated by staff I would suggest any prospective clients consider more helpful agents to manage their properties
