Being new to the rental market as a tenant, its very daunting how to begin and who to contact to help with finding the right rental property. I looked at a lot of the larger companies in Romford and decided to go to more of a boutique Agent to see if they were more competitive with regards to fees.After meeting with Farad at Charles Stratton, I was immediately relaxed as everything was simplified - including the fees!!

Farad was both accommodating and consultative in his approach when I was giving him a list of all my requirements for a 2 bed flat. He was able to book in viewings for me to see 2 properties within 24 hours and advised me on which area is better, in line with my wish list. I literally had nothing to do apart from provide him with the relevant documentation, after I set my eyes upon a flat which was a stone's throw away from the train station, which he then took responsibility for and before you knew it, I was able to move in and settle in with my family!

I would definitely recommend Charles Stratton to anyone who is not only looking for a property, but also for an uncomplicated and honest service.

Initially, renting a house was a daunting thought for me, but both Farad and Nav made the experience a simple one; I felt relaxed and sure with my decision.

Open to a reasonable negotiation. I felt the fees were competitive and I got my money's worth. Unlike other agents, they didn't charge for the extra help they provided us.

As it was a management takeover found by another agent, I wasn't charged anything, a monthly management fee of 8% which is pretty normal.
