Most unprofessional and rude lettings management team. Lovely when u see them, but rude on emails and and phone calls and difficult to get things done bit happy to demand you pay for things or ignore your requests.. they leave you to sort things out if them in their own cool time or not at all.Would not rent a property with them as a tenant ever again. Rude and very unprofessional on emails and phone our of no were. Needs training. Emails n calls threatening, demanding and blackmailing and insulting.
