The staff, perhaps not all but the agent I had particularly was very sneaky with details. First of all the move in date was incorrect and would not allow us to change as that is the date we 'agreed'. This is not true we just had made an offer on that day. The rent was then due to be paid on that date every month, they asked me to set the direct debit date 3 days prior as it takes a few days 'for the money to change over'. I asked wojld the money leave my account 3 days before, I was told no. This is not true. Every other property I have lived in I was no asked to pay 3 days early. The agency are terrible at sorting problems and after moving in actually heard from the agent who seemed very helpful once. She does not respond to any emails or calls anymore. I understand it's a business but if they want return customers it isn't going to happen this way. It's as though they want your money and then that's it they don't want to hear anymore.
