I have been with AR for i think 2 years now and month by month the service has deteriorated quite significantly. I am constantly receiving delayed rent payments with no explanation. I don't mind delays but i am completely offended by being ignored and not giving explanations to the causes of the delays. On my next visit to the UK, I will be looking for a new agent! If anyone reads this and can help recommend another agent, please get in touch.

Extortionate, they tried to charge a late payment fee for rent - when asked where it mentioned such fees in the contract, no answer or explanation was given. Also increased the rent and gave no explanation for reason of increase.

Acted jo early and professionally. Provided full disclosure of the terms of sale instead of being inaccurate mist of the time.
