Have had issues with one of their tenants for 4 years, had to search for who the owner of the property was and managed to find their name.
Total waste of time, did nothing, just paid lip service and now having to contact the authorities to try and resolve. The state of the common area is shocking, so who knows what state their flat must be like but wouldn't trust this company to look after your property.

Keep your property and your money safe, avoid at all costs.
