As with all tenancies, we had to get a few property management issues sorted during our time in the Ludlow Thompson-managed property. Some of these were dealt with efficiently, though I did experience delays and the wrong tradesman being sent out a couple of times - despite me explaining exactly what the problem was and who would be able to fix it.
The above problems actually occurred before Dan was assigned to the property. His own performance has been excellent - he generally responds quickly and has been helpful during the end of tenancy process. Nevertheless I've downgraded to a 'good' rating overall for Ludlow due to those niggling experiences before Dan became involved in managing the property.
