As the Landlord, I'd like to recognise Annabel's efforts throughout 4 years of tenancy at 8 and 12 Riverview Rd whilst we've been in the US. She has been on the ball the entire time and worked constructively and fairly with both us and our tenants. Of particular note were her dogged efforts over 6 months to recover flooring repair costs from a recalcitrant insurance firm after an under floor water main leak in no 12. Wonderful effort and we were extremely thankful. Top job.
