AVOID
Utter cowboys ! All pointing the finger at each other. I moved in to a basment flat with my two children 3 years ago I have had to.fight to have boiler fixed time and time again , they promise ot replace carpets but never do just say We have measurements it will be done I rang everyday for a month and got nowhere.i ripped up the lino due to black mould underneath and they still haven't replaced it its concrete in my bathroom, I can't afford to replace it.
So rang the council they inspected my flat and found blown tiles insufficient ventilation man hole covers rusting to the point in which my children could have fallen had I not covered these myself at my expense. The rear wall is collapsing due to a giant weed tree they cut 6 months ago but grew to twice the size, rocks are falling in to my garden it's not safe for my children to play near the wall. There is a plant growing from the student tenants boiler upstairs the building is a mess. Myself and the middle Tennant try our best to make repairs and tidy up at our expense but we can't keep doing it anymore. 6 break ins which Drake see as the area I live ins fault rather than lack of security gate I paid to have a grate in the back door luckily they can't get in the flat but easily the garden outdoor toys and a rabbit hutch was stolen from my garden on the occasions of the break ins !
Please pay a little more with a reputable company, ive met the owner several times with false promises every time.

Having initially pleaded "Not Guilty" to charges of theft, false accounting etc, the horrible Crabb became the subject of a Debtor's Bankruptcy order on 3rd July 2018, and is now pleading "Guilty" as charged, along with her accomplice Jill Woods. I wonder whether anybody will get their money back now...... ...

I have lived in Drake's property, and they have proven extremely unreliable on so many accounts. They turn up without any notice, threaten tenants with pictures, and ask for extra payments, when legally proven not required. Utterly disappointing.
