Very poor letting agent. As a tennant, in just the 3 months we have been living in the house we have encountered multiple problems. Contractors/maintenance not turning up on days specified. Jobs not carried out properly. Contractors arrricing at the house in announced when it has been specified with tenants working nights this simply is unacceptable. Very poor communication and very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service--they are meant to be a go between for yourself and the Landlord..absolutely no communication, couldn't even get our bond deposit right. lived with a mouldy house for 3 years despite mentioning it to Moginie James at every inspection....
