I was recommended Reeds rains by some friends of ours and I was not disappointed with our choice. Right from Day one Craig was our agent and nothing was too much trouble. He was very professional and was always on hand when we required his advice. Along the way there were a few Hiccups but what I liked about Craig was how he dealt with the challenges and provided me with solutions not additional problems. Even towards the end of the Sale Craig was getting involved with the end customer and ensuring that the sales was a seamless one. I would definitely recommend Reeds rains as an organisation.
In addition to this we had exemplary service from not only Rob the Financial advisor but Rowlinsons the solicitors. Regarding Robin he was so helpful and really made the process of getting a new mortgage seamless and not painful at all. Again I have recommended his services to our friends and we will be back in Two years time when it comes to reviewing our mortgage. Rowlinsons the Solicitors were second to None and our friends and family were amazed when we stated the whole process from start to finish in selling and buying was approx. 8 weeks. All in all very refreshing to deal with a professional organisation, and Craig and Robin are a credit to your organisation. Please pass on my thanks to both of them and ensure they get the relevant recognition required,
