At fifteen weeks to the day we yesterday exchanged contracts on selling our house in West Yorkshire and buying a house in Newquay. Throughout the process, one person has stood out from the crowd in keeping us informed on the details of 'what was happening' and that has been Chris Simcock at iMove (Newquay). On Mondays he regularly phoned the solicitors and often estate agents involved on 'both sides' of the sale and we had his feedback on Tuesdays, even if there was nothing much to report, except that the sale procedure was progressing normally. Bearing in mind that we live 350 miles away from the house we have now bought, his regular contact and interest in his customers has been totally reassuring. Finally, when I asked about collecting the keys for our new house, he said he would meet us at the property on 'moving-in day' and take us across the threshold! What more could you ask for?
Excellent service, and a thoroughly recommended agency. Wishing you every success in the future and looking forward to meeting you very soon with those keys.
