In my experience with Redwood they are not a people of the word. I have been corresponding with them over the last 7 weeks -visited the office a few times and numerous phonecalls. On every single occassion the relevant member of staff is unavailable, on lunch or some other excuse. Nevertheless, each time I am assured that someone will get back to me. I am still waiting and it's now going on 8 weeks. I have exhausted all of my efforts with them and I am about to do a sit in where I refuse to leave unless they help me. Because they have been of no help I had to take to writing to my landlord for the information I require -which I really didn't want to do as he has Redwood as managing agents for such a reason. They are just not interested and I would not recommend their service (or lack of it).

Hi Zadie, The exact same thing happened to me and Lynn dragged me on for 7months, so hope this doesn't happen to you. I have her mobile number if that helps you; 07850055982. She is absolutely pathetic, her attitude is really bad when you finally speak to her, right? I have a friend who has dealt with her and felt exactly the same way รขโ‚ฌโ€œ very poor service indeed.
