The staff are always happy to help, before we bought our last house we viewed around 50 properties and they were always happy to hand over the keys for the weekend.

In two separate occasions, Hamtons gave the key to my home to a gas man and one of their maintenance men despite my clear instructions that no one is to enter my property without my attendance. Obviously some people are happy or naive to allow strangers in their home alone. Useless bunch! May 29, 2008
And that doesn't worry you that they handed over someone else's keys to you for the weekend. How would you feel if an agent gave your keys to a complete stranger?
