Northwood Beverley and Hull have no idea what the words customer service mean. They blind you with their wonderful sales pitch for you to sign up with them but deliver absolutely nothing. We have had problems every single month and all you get is an email apology afterwards. If you want hassle free rental of your property, please don't trust it with Northwood Beverley and Hull.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Listened to what I as a landlord wanted from them, ie communication, but never, ever got!

We cannot praise them enough. We are more than happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.
