We were first time buyers and had excellent service provided by the Helmores at Crediton branch. Loren was amazing. She was always very helpful with all the queries and was very patient to explain the procedures, very quick to respond to any questions and to co-ordinate with any appointments. Overall, She made Our house buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
