Terrible customer service at the Colchester branch. Friendly staff, but they never return a call and you will have to do all the leg-work. Utterly depressing and distressing experience. Would never use them again nor would I recommend anyone to use them....unless they want to be kept in the dark and waste 16 weeks of their precious selling time before they can sign up with a different estate agent.

Highly recommended. Couldn't fault Gero or his staff for their professional approach. Always helpful, returned calls and kept me fully informed. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
