I put my flat up for sale recently and decided to use 3 agents on a multi agency basis with an agreement that the agent that sold the flat would charge a fee and the others would not receive anything. To my regret I chose Your Move as one of the agents, the service was horrendous from day one, firstly their fee for selling was higher than the other agents but Your Move convinced me that they could justify their higher fees because their service was so superior to other agents they could justify it, what a load of rubbish! They were incompetent from start to finish, it took them 3 visits just to get the property marketed, first of all they came out to take photos and floor measurements but the batteries had gone on the measuring equipment and the agent couldnt be bothered to replace them so said he would re-arrange a second visit to come back and get the floor measurements. On the next visit a different guy turned up with a camera (how are floor measurements are meant to be taken with a camera???) so a third visit had to be arranged just to get the floor measurements done. Marketing was delayed by 2 weeks whilst all this was going on, they didnt bother putting a For Sale board up and didnt bother with any feedback at all. They only generated one viewing the whole time the property was on the market and did not bother giving us a call after the viewing to let us know how it went. Thankfully one of the other agents (who in comparison to Your Move were 100 times more helpful and efficient)sold the property at full asking price. I informed Your Move that the property was sold and heard absolutely nothing from them for several weeks, there was no letter confirming the property was no longer being marketed or any recognition from them that they had received my call until a bill dropped through my door for £300 for a 'withdrawl fee' I was gobsmacked but ignored the first letter as I thought it may have been an automated letter but then I received a reminder within 7 days which I again ignored and then 7 days later I got a very threatening letter telling me I had 7 days to pay otherwise I would be referred to a debt collection agency to recover the money. How Your Move can treat customers so badly, offer a ridiculosly poor service and then have the cheek to charge for it is beyond me. I am currently fighting this charge with them and will take it up with the propery ombudsman if necessary. Hasten to say I would never use Your Move for anything ever again and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!

The same happened to me.
I had no idea of these fees. My english is not perfect and did not read the contract properly. However I asked many times clarifications on the fees and verbally they never mentioned the 300 bill if another agent sale the property.

Finally I understand why Your Move is so slow and not interested on selling properties, their revenue seems to come from these fees rather from selling properties. Extremely unfair agents operate like this in the market.
