Terrible experience with this estate agents you might save yourself some money on the houses they offer but be prepared for an awful experience.
Firstly they do not secure your deposit with the tenancy deposit scheme like they are required to do by law.
When i arrived at the property after collecting the keys the flat was dirty! with the previous tenants belongings still in there. I had to give it a proper good clean for a few hours. The house was filthy. My shower required a minor fix to a crack causing a leak, i was told it would be fixed in 24 hours only to be left without access to a shower for nearly 2 weeks! and having to travel to another of their dodgy filthy properties to be able to have a shower.
When you check into your property, you are not given an inventory to fill like any reputable agency would give you!
At the end of your tenancy they do not refund your deposit saying it would take 3 to 6 weeks! It is required by law for a deposit to be returned in 10 days!
