DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Giuseppe Ventura is a crook and is not an agent. He will lie, cheat and steal your money if you are a landlord or tenant of his. If you try to get your money from him he will bully, shout, scream and not pay you back a penny. His company preys on foreign students hopes that they do not know how the rental system works in the UK, and then gets them to pay over the normal rate for flats he doesn't even own. If you are landlord and your property is listed with him please go to any other agent rather than use this crook.

Giusepppe Ventura is a fraud and he never pays rent on time. At the end of our tenancy he failed to pay the last 3 months outstanding rent and left our property in a terrible condition which cost us a huge amount of money to repair.

Good upkeep of the property: Whenever there are problems with the property (eg. broken washing machine, faulty water taps) it is usually resolved within 1 - 2 weeks of reporting it to either Giuseppe or his handyman.
