It is companies like Albert Hall who give the industry a bad name. I have rented properties for the last 12 years and never had any problems. Albert Hall on the other have to be constantly nannied to get anything done. The most basic administrative errors made repeatedly, incorrect documentation, inability to sort out maintenance on the property without pestering. I have wasted a lot of time over the last few years following up on their mistakes and never had an apology. The staff are rude and I look forward to the contract ending so I can move to a new agent.
