I would not even give this estate agent 1 star. The worst estate agents I have ever come across. we applied for a property making them fully aware that we had a 6 month old dog and were willing to move as soon as possible. The landlord had accepted our offer and the paperwork was going ahead the very next day after our viewing, only to ring and find out that someone had viewed it before us that we were not made aware of and told the landlord had now chosen to go with the other people even though their application went in after ours. After that a week later the property was still in the market so we rang up to ask and it had fell through with the previous people, nobody rang us back to ask If we were still interested, we expressed our interest in the property again and the estate agent said they would get back to the landlord, again it was a waiting game, WE HAD TO RING THEM AGAIN to ask what was going on and found that the landlord had declined our offer again because the estate agent claimed that she wasn't aware our dog was 6 months which is a complete lie. They brushed it off and said sorry these things happen, so 2 weeks later we still have no house to live in and have been left utterly disgusted.
