Extremely poor customer service. On a number of occassions when they said they would telephone back to resolve an issue, no phone call was made. it has taken 6 weeks, to date, and still we have not received our deposits back. A number issues have been blamed for this, busy period etc, but lets face it, if you cant return a simple deposit in 6 weeks what hope have you with the rest of your business.
I would not recommend or use Jordans ever again. The Manchester branch is an extremely poor company and tars the entire brush for me.
