The worst experience I have ever had in my career so far. Sanjay, the agent promised to come for inspection before my leaving the room on 2nd Sep, but didn't come even after calling him several times, did not pick up my phone. Earlier he told me not to pay last month rent as it would be adjusted with respect to my initial security deposit and rest amount will be credited to my account. Accordingly I did not pay my last month rent and cleaned all room, drawers, kitchen with utmost sincerity. But just after reaching india, sanjay send me a mail stating that I have to pay a total damage cost of 270 pound within 5 days, otherwise he will go to court.
It was a big surprise for me with the amount of damage. Till date i have always paid my rent in proper time hence got surprised with this type of threatening and slang mail. I strongly believe in keeping my morality and honesty intact. I am not used to and don't deserve this type of threatening and slang mail. Anyway within 2 days I cleared this damage cost. Hence be aware of this diplomatic personality and service.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances an agent could not attend the property to carry out an inspection with you on the date and time that you vacated. Once the inspection was carried out by one of our agents it was found that there was some damaged to the property that needed to be rectified. The property was not handed back to us in the condition that it was rented out to you. We was happy to discuss the dilapidations with you and we was happy to provided photographic evidence of the damaged that was caused by you and provide you with photos before the room was rented to you and photos of after you had vacated. Your feedback did not entail the full picture.

This review is totally untrue. We was asking for a completion statement to be provided to us as proof of payment for the service charge and sinking fund. We asked Mr Harrington to supply this, we even asked Mr Harrington's Solicitors to provided a copy of the completion statement. We never received a copy of the completion statement from either Mr Harrington or his solicitors.
