Absolutely appalling service. E-mails and calls rarely returned. Their approach is unprofessional. When we looked around the property flat it seemed fine. But it had so many hidden problems. Holes in the walls and rusty, damp windows were hidden. The property had rats, noisy neighbours and no smoke alarm.On moving in the flat was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. Repairs were constantly delayed and we found them particularly rude and dismissive of our concerns on the property we rented. In our opinion, they unfairly made every attempt to take as much of our deposit as possible for small items that really were fair wear and tear. I would never rent from Curtis Haines again and would advise others to avoid at all costs. Our flat has since been advertised in the paper as 'luxury'!.
